Day Care: Once your pet has been approved for day care you can drop-off and pick-up at your leisure any Tuesday-Saturday from 7:00am - 6:30pm. There is no cancellation policy in effect for day care, nor do you have to preschedule your pup's playtime.
Boarding: Boarding drop-off and pick-up is not regulated to a specific time. You may pick-up/drop-off on Sundays and Mondays anytime between 2:00pm-4:00pm, and Tuesdays-Saturdays anytime between 7:00am - 6:30pm. You may receive a notification from our system stating your drop-off is at a specific time, but you may abide by the above listed policy. Our system requires us to place your boarding reservation in a specific time slot, but we are happy to provide the flexible timeframes listed above.
Your boarding reservation may be modified to add additional days at no penalty. For example, if you gave us an anticipated check-in date of February 1, 2022, but decided to drop-off on January 30, 2022, we would accommodate that modification without penalty, or, if you gave us an expected pick-up date of February 7, 2022, but decided to extend your stay until February 10, 2022, we, again, would accommodate that modification without penalty.
If you completely fail to cancel a boarding reservation that is no longer needed or fail to modify/reschedule a boarding reservation that needs a later anticipated check-in date, then you will be subject to our Late Cancellation/No Call No Show Policy. For instance, you have a reservation for February 1-7, 2022 that you no longer need and you fail to cancel it, you will be charged for one full calendar day of boarding charges for each pet that was scheduled to board, or, if you have a reservation for February 1-7, 2022 and you fail to notify us that you need to change your check-in date to February 3, you will automatically be charged on February 1 for one full calendar day of boarding charges for each pet that was scheduled to check-in on February 1. If you come back early your boarding charges will end on the calendar day you pick-up.
All requests for boarding reservation cancellations or later date reschedules needs to be requested no later than 6:30pm one calendar day prior to the expected check-in date. Failure to comply will result in the above referenced charges being automatically charged to your credit card on file. All fees are non-refundable.
Grooming: If you fail to cancel or reschedule a grooming appointment you will be automatically charged for 1/2 of the base grooming amount for your pet. For instance, if the base amount of your scheduled grooming appointment was $100, then you will be charged $50.00 automatically to the card you have on file. All grooming appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled no less than 48 hours prior to the appointment. For instance, if your appointment was for a Tuesday morning at 8:00am, then we must receive your request to cancel/reschedule no later than 8:00am on Sunday.
Please note that grooming appointments have a 15-minute late arrival grace period. Any arrivals past the 15-minute window must be rescheduled due to our tight time constraints, and you will be subject to the late cancellation fee of 1/2 of your base grooming amount.
