We will provide all of our own water and all of our own electricity. We will not have to hook up to your home and use your resources. Equipped with heat and air, your pet will stay comfortable in any weather condition. Our on demand hot water system means your pet will always have a nice warm bath.
Mobile grooming provides 1-on-1 attention to your pup or kitty. No kennels, no travelling, and little to no stress on your pet. Little to no exposure to possible disease other pets may carry. Unit is disinfected between appointments. Mobile grooming is perfect for busy individuals who value their time and would rather be home than driving to the groomer and waiting for their pet to be done, for anxious/nervous pets, older pets, pets who suffer from car sickness, and pets with special medical needs. We can also arrange for your pet to be done even when you're not home. Ask me for details! Please keep in mind that mobile grooming is a luxury, we come to you, we have higher insurance, higher fuel costs, travel time, higher maintenance costs, vehicle payments, we provide all our own supplies, we do not cut corners by hooking up to your home and using your utilities. Most of the time we will not have an assistant so it can be more strenuous and rougher on our bodies. I do not have breed restrictions. I believe all pets deserve to be groomed and I will work with each pet until I have earned their trust. Therefore, our costs will be a bit higher.
We can even offer early morning or evening appointments.
MOBILE GROOMING POLICIES YOU NEED TO KNOW AND UNDERSTAND
*When we arrive to your appointment, if you come out to the bus and interrupt the grooming process for any reason, it will be stopped immediately, your pet returned to you, and full payment will be expected. It is imperative for pet and groomer safety you do not interrupt the grooming process!
*When we arrive to your appointment if for any reason we cannot proceed with the groom (pet is ill, pet is aggressive, pet is too nervous, pet lacks training (especially with cats) we will spend 10-15 minutes training your pet so that future groomings can be successful. Payment in full is still expected.
*Appointments will be given an arrival window timeframe as we may have a grooming that runs over, traffic, road conditions, etc. If you no call/no show full payment will be expected and must be paid before the next appointment can be booked.
*When booking your appointments, we may require a deposit or payment in full to hold your spot. Any funds will be applied to your total charges.
*Pets must be fully vaccinated unless your vet provides a note stating your pet has conditions that would prevent safe vaccination. Documentation of vaccinations are required before the first grooming appointment and annual updates thereafter.
*Non-payment for any reason will result in theft of service criminal charges being filed unless other arrangements were made with Pupcakes prior to the appointment.
*Travel Fees: Only one travel fee will be charged per visit if applicable, not per pet or per service. Ala Carte services such as nail trims, ear cleaning, anal glands, nail wraps, etc., will be charged only one travel fee. You can bundle as many ala carte services as you want and only one travel fee will charged. Travel Fees are measured in Oregon from Pendleton. For Idaho from Boise city center. For Nevada from Ely city center or Las Vegas city center.
